TWENTY-SIX MONTHS OF PRICING AGREEMENT FOR OFFSHORE AUGMENTED RESOURCE TEAMS: Eligibility Criteria: a) Tenderer must not be suspended or debarred from participating in JP-s notices. b) Compulsory attendance to virtual Tender Briefing c) JP shall own the full intellectual property rights & source codes. d) Tenderer must provide a track record of 3 successfully completed projects within the last 3 years that used Planning Poker to estimate user story points. e) Submission of documents for litigation, arbitration, or adjudication cases related to claims and/or disputes within the last 5 years for legal checks. f) Tenderer must not be under any existing or impending insolvency, & their financial health statements must not show following: i) Negative net current assets & net operating cash flow. ii) Interest coverage ratio of less than 5 times. iii) Adverse opinion from the auditor regarding the tenderer-s ability to continue as a going concern. contact Karing 6660 9798, karingkoh@jp.com.sg
