Tenders are invited for Shipyard for Drydocking and Repairs on “Summit Psa 4” (Offshore/Supply Tug). Tenderer eligibility and preference:- • Open to Shipyards with experience drydocking Offshore/Supply Tug. • Docking space availability: Mid May 2023 • Strong track record for docking to local and international clients over the last three years. • Submission of track record is required. • Shipyards that fulfilled the following financial criteria based on audited annual reports is preferred: 1) Profitable in the last three years. PSAM reserved the right not to evaluate any non-compliant submission. PSAM does not bind itself to accept the lowest bid and reserved the right to split an award between any bidders in any combination as it may deem appropriate and the bidders must be willing to accept partial awards. PSAM reserves the right to withdraw the tender without prior notice.
