Tenders are invited for Replacement of Fibreglass Reinforced Polyester Replacement of Fibreglass Reinforced Polyester (FRP) Sectional Water Tanks for 9 Blocks at Blk 55, 57, 59, 61, 66, 91, 96, 98, 106 Lorong 1/3/4/5 Toa Payoh ELIGIBILITY: a) ME11 Mechanical Engineering or ME12 Plumbing Sanitary Works L2 S$1.6M & above. b) CR13 Waterproofi ng Installation L3 $5M & above ESTIMATE CONTRACT PERIOD: a) 12 months b) 14 months A tender deposit of S$2,000.00 (for item a) and S$3,500.00 (for item b) in the form of crossed cheque payable to Bishan-Toa Payoh Town Council shall be submitted together with the tender submission. The tender deposit will be refunded free of interest to all unsuccessful bona fi de tenderers after the award of the contract. A non-refundable document fee of S$107.00 per set (inclusive of GST) shall be made payable to Bishan-Toa Payoh Town Council by crossed cheque. Tender documents can be obtained from Bishan-Toa Payoh Town Council (Toa Payoh Offi ce, from Mondays to Fridays, 8.30a.m. to 5.00p.m.) Tenderers will be presented with a QR Code to download the tender document upon payment. Tenderers are advised to call before collection of documents.
