Tenders are invited for Repair and Replacement of Emergency Battery Operated Power Supply (Ebops) in Lifts for the Period 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2025 CLOSING DATE: 27 December 2021 at 12 noon (Monday) The Town Council does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender. Contractors who are debarred by Town Councils, Statutory Boards, and Government Bodies will not be allowed to participate in the tender. A tender deposit of S$2,000.00 (for item a & b) and S$3,500.00 (for item c & d) in the form of crossed cheque payable to Bishan-Toa Payoh Town Council shall be submitted together with the tender submission. The tender deposit will be refunded free of interest to all unsuccessful bona fi de tenderers after the award of the contract. A non-refundable document fee of S$107.00 per set (inclusive of GST) shall be made payable to Bishan-Toa Payoh Town Council by crossed cheque. Tender documents can be obtained from Bishan-Toa Payoh Town Council (Toa Payoh Offi ce, from Mondays to Fridays, 8.30a.m. to 5.00p.m.) Tenderers will be presented with a QR Code to download the tender document upon payment. Tenderers are advised to call before collection of documents.
