Tenders are invited for Recruiting and Onboarding Modules Implementation, SuccessFactors and Concur AMS SATS has been using SuccessFactors since 2020 with the following modules implemented: Performance Management and Goals Management (inclusive of Continuous Feedback) Learning Management System Employee Central (including but not limited to Leave, Time Management, Global Benefits) Employee Central Payroll Compensation Succession & Development SATS is currently using TalentLink as the Application Tracking System (ATS). SATS is seeking to appoint a vendor to: 1. Implement SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules for SATS and its subsidiaries, to manage the entire recruitment process, from job requisition creation to candidate management and onboarding, with integrations to various systems including but not limited to: job portals, SATS Active Directory for Windows and Email ID creation, and existing SuccessFactors modules e.g. Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Learning Management etc. 2. Provide application maintenance services and support for SuccessFactors on existing modules, including the new Recruiting and Onboarding modules, support and monitor batch jobs and integrations between SuccessFactors and various systems. The scope of work also includes implementing system enhancements, providing training services, recommending continuous improvements/enhancements and preventive maintenance to improve system effectiveness, usability, system performance and system stability. 3. Provide application maintenance services and support for SAP Concur with average of 10-20 tickets/month, including implementing system enhancements and providing training services. Tender Closing date: 17 July 2024 before 1730 hrs (Singapore Time) Tender document will be available for download in Ariba. Tenderers must ensure that their bids are submitted though the SAP ARIBA platform by the specified tender closing date and time. All tender documents submitted, must be duly signed and stamped.
