PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR CROSS ISLAND LINE PHASE 2 (CRL2) CIVIL CONTRACTS
Published : 31 May 2022 11:50AMRemarks1) APPLICATION NO. - Applicants shall email to lta_contracts_1ctciv@lta.gov.sg with subject "PQ-CRL2CIV - Request Application No.". 2) SUBMISSION - All PQ applications must be submitted ELECTRONICALLY through the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) portal by the closing date and time. 3) Applicants are required to submit previous and current records of similar work done, details of key staff with relevant experience in design and/or construction, equipment to be deployed, safety records and financial capacity for LTA's consideration. 4) Applicants shall demonstrate that they have the necessary: (a) Technical expertise, project management capability and physical resources in the design and construction of similar works; and (b) Financial capacity to undertake and sustain a multi-million dollar project in Singapore. 5) All expenses incurred by the applicant in the submission of this PQ shall be borne entirely by the applicant. 6) Please refer to the PQ Notice and Brochure for further details. 7) NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA): Tenderers are required to complete and submit the attached to LTA: (1) NDA for access to tender documents.
