Tenders are invited for The Operation of Canteen Stall at Zubir Said Campus The canteen stalls cater primarily to SOTA students and staff. The student and staff population in Year 2022 are estimated to be 1200 and 270 respectively. The recess times and lunch times of our students are staggered as follows: RECESS TIME (30 minutes) 30-minute slots between 0915 hrs - 1115 hrs LUNCH TIME (1 hour) 1-hour slots between 1115 hrs - 1415 hrs Please note that the above information is for reference only. 2. Two (2) stalls shall be released:- Stall No. Date of Contract Stall 4 Available to start immediately or 1 January 2023 - 31 December 2024 Stall 6 - Halal / Muslim Food* 1 January 2023 - 31 December 2024 Types of Food to propose are as follows: - Chinese Cooked Food - Japanese/ Korean Food - Muslim / Halal Food* - Other food options are welcome (please indicate in Schedule 3. Forms) * All products/ingredients used in this stall must be Halal Certified. 3. The types of food currently offered by existing canteen stalls are as follows: - Chicken Rice - Halal Western Food - Noodles and Soup - Nasi Lemak and Economic Bee Hoon Mee - Fruits and Juices - Drinks and Snacks The site show session will be available from 4 October 2022 to 7 October 2022 at 1 Zubir Said Drive, Administration Office #05-01, Singapore 227968. Applicants are required to confirm their FOP-2 attendance via Email: procurement@sota.edu.sg to arrange for an appointment, no later than 1 day before the site show session. Attendance is highly encouraged for participation in this proposal. 6.
