Tenders are invited for Hydraulics Hose Replacement Program for JCPL/MDL and Transporter Gse Fleets Number of Units: A. Jcpl Loaders 75 Units. B. Mdls 10 Units C. Transporters 56 Units The Finalized Number of Equipment Units will be at Sats- Discretion to Order Unit Models: A. Jcpl Loaders: 29 Airmarrel Brand Units, 34 Weihai Units. & 12 Jbt Units B. Main Deck Loaders (Mdl): 10 X Aimarrel Brand Units C. Transporters: 40 Tld Units, 08 Airmarrel & 08 Units Jbt Steel Pipe Conversion: Wherever Possible, Fixed Flexible Hydraulic Hoses (Ie Non-Flexing) should be Converted to Steel Hydraulic Piping. Hose Specifications: All the Flexible Hoses, Fittings, and Workmanship shall have 6 Months Warranty after Commissioning. Max Operating Pressure: 6500 Psi (High-Pressure Hose Rating) Min Operating Pressure: 5000 Psi (Low-Pressure Hose Rating) The Operating Hydraulic Fluid is Hito Hdm 68 and All Supplied Components shall be Compatible with this Hydraulic Fluid (& its Other Equivalents). All Flexible Hoses shall Come with Non-Skive Type One-Piece Coupling, Pressure Tested and Protective Sleeves Provided for Both Ends of All Flexing (Moving) Hydraulic Hoses. All emailed submissions with the published excel file template here as an attachment in your email, must reach the Manager of SATS Procurement Services by 1200 hours (12Noon, SGT) on 24Nov2021.
