Eligibility Criteriaa) Debarment status of Tenderer in participating in JP notice to participate. b) The purchase of licenses must be in accordance with the MPSA license type. Kindly refrain referencing OEM license support or subscription in any correspondence to this purchase.c) Tenderer must be certified Microsoft LSP have an active MPSA authorization & have valid Microsoft Partner ID for this Tenderd) Successful Tenderer submit the documentation to JP as evidence for the btb agreement with principal vendors. e) Tenderer submit current & valid until at least 1st Sep 25 MPSA certification issued by Microsoft for SG region.f) Tenderer must not be under any existing or impending insolvency & financial health statements must not show any of below:(i) Negative net current asset & net operating cash flow(ii) Interest coverage ratio of less than 5 times; &(iii) Adverse opinion from the auditor on Tenderer-s ability to continue as a going concern.
