- Quotation are invited for Consultancy and Internal Audit Services a) The participating vendor shall be in the business of providing ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 consultancy services for the last five (5) years. It shall also have a local office, which has been operating for not less than three (3) years. b) The consultant/s shall have no less than three (3) years of ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 consultancy experiences (cumulative), preferably in Singapore. He/ She shall have working experience in IT Security and IT Infrastructure Library, possessing the capability to evaluate procedures and work instructions. The consultant shall be able to recommend appropriate changes/ improvements to resolve issues, besides ensuring its compliance with the requirements of ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 and any relevant existing IT policies.
