Description:
Tenders are invited for Cleaning Services to Air-Con Ledges for the Period 1 Jan 2022 to 31 Mar 2024 for Pasir Ris-Punggol Town Council Tender Briefing Project (A) : 22 Sep 2021 (Wednesday) at 10.00 am via Zoom. Tenderers attending the briefing are to register with the Project Manager at the respective email address shown above by 20 Sep 2021 (Monday). Invitation for a Zoom tender briefing will only be sent to eligible participants by 21 Sep 2021. Tender Admin Fee: $107/- per set (inclusive of GST; non-refundable) Tender Admin fee shall be paid via Internet Banking or PayNow. Interested participants shall download the Request Form from EM Services- website (http://www.emservices.com.sg). The participants shall verify their tender eligibility & payment details and email their request together with the completed Request Form and proof of epayment to the Project Manager at the email address shown above by 1 Oct 2021 (Projects A to E). Upon verification of payment, the tender documents will be sent via email to eligible participants. No refund will be made. Closing Date Project (A) : 13 Oct 2021 (Wednesday) Projects (B), (D) & (E) : 8 Oct 2021 (Friday) Project (C) : 11 Oct 2021 (Monday The tender must be submitted in printed hard copy by hand in a sealed envelope marked with the above Tender Title and placed in Tender Box at EM Services Pte Ltd, Block 201 Kim Tian Road, #03-400, Singapore 160201 on respective tender closing date between 8.30 am and 12.00 noon. Any late tenders received shall not be considered.
