- The objective of this assignment is to assess the readiness of ASEAN Member States (AMS) for cross-border digital identity and verifiable credential interoperability. The consulting firm will: Map and analyze national digital identity ecosystems and governance arrangements;Review laws, regulations, and policies related to digital identity, e-authentication, data protection, and cross-border data flows;Assess technical standards, trust frameworks, and interoperability readiness; andDevelop evidence-based recommendations and a high-level roadmap to support ASEAN-wide interoperability.The work will be desk-based and include virtual consultations with relevant agencies and stakeholders in each AMS.
